Home away from home. Alibaug trip could never have been better than this. This was our 10th Anniversary and my birthday. We had been planning for this outing since last month. While looking out for options came across Wind chimes. More than 200 reviews with 5 star ratings. That was unbelievable and decided to go for it. When reached the venue greeted with warm welcome and Kokam sharbat. Place is small but, clean, beautifully designed and exactly how it looks in pics. Rooms are spacious and bed comfortable. Very calm and serene ambience. With closed eyes sitting on swing I could feel going back to my old days in village (aah!! Good old days). In the evening when the staffs came to know about my birthday they decorated a table and we cut the cake and went inside room. Just in a moment i started getting birthday wishes from other inmates. That must be coutsey (i thought) little did I know this was just a beginning. The other day post beach visit and water sports activity when we came back to room and was still thinking what next. There comes a knock on door and I was greeted by Mrs. Anil, co-owner of the property who asked us to join in the lawn which was fully decorated for birthday bash. Around 20 people to whom I was just a name and for me all strangers they became part of a traditional way of birthday celebration followed by poppy (a chicken dish) and karaoke singing. An experience which will always be cherished singing and dancing among joyous people. Third day before check out at the breakfast table every inmate was a familiar face, meeting, greeting and sharing experience and stories. My 7 yrs old daughter got new friends. My wife got hands on some of the dishes in kitchen, which she had been trying to since last few years. Finally while leaving the place everyone was waving at us like you are leaving a friend's or relatives place. The food, the care, everything u get here can not be compared. All the staffs are very cordial and supportive. Home cooked food is simply awesome served hot on the dinning table. My personal favorite fish thali (bombil fry, surmai curry) but, chicken and veg thalis are also awesome. Kudos to Mr. & Mrs. Anil, soon there will be a case study on you guys for B-schools students. About revisiting Yes, the property doesnt have swimmin pool, beach is 3 km far but for me it is now a friend's place who is waiting with a big heart, welcoming hand and never before experience. i had been to windchime cotages resort last week( 4sept - 5th sept), one of the best resorts in nagaon, i would like to visit again. we had sea Food so delicious, rooms and washrooms are very clean. also here you wont find hard water while having shower and you get proper hot water. The tea which they offered us was made with lemon grass was very delicious, but please also do try their coffee. Rooms: proper lit with AC and you get a cabinet to store your belongings Staff: friendly staff and during lunch an dinner they made me feel at home Host: special mention for Mr Anil Gunde and Mam, they arranged a karoake for all staying guests, thanks sir and mam for arranging a wonderful stay best place for bigger family gatherings as they have 8 cottages.

I visited Wind Chime for get-together trip with my friends... Location & Interiors are excellent. Observed responsible Covid protocol follower hotel. They took utmost care during check in and gave a beautiful room. Resort rooms were extremely clean and were shining to sparkle. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of way to make our experience memorable one. We had a grand experience. Our rooms was beautifully decorated. Food served on banana leaf was awesome. They serve delicious veg /non veg items Tastes yummy.... Food quality was the best amongst all the resorts I have ever seen in pandemic. I would definately revisit and I would suggest all to visit Windchime. I would like to make a special mention of Mr.Anil & Mrs.Aruna Gunde - Owners, who are ever helping personality. Staff was on the toes with smile to assist each and every guest to make their experience a memorable one. I appreciate and thanks to entire resort management for our memorable stay here.

I have visited this property on 1st & 2nd Feb 2020 with my old friends & their families & kids. Here is my small review. 1) Location - It is exactly around 10min from Nagaon beach. Easily accessible from main road. 2) Property - Very good property. Well maintained & neat & clean rooms ambiance. Family, Kids & Infants Friendly. Limited rooms so you will enjoy your stay. Property have small play ground where you can enjoy badminton, box cricket, basket ball etc. all equipment provided by the cottage staff. 3) Service- Active & friendly staff. Limited rooms hence you will have personal attention for everything. 4) Food - Delicious tasty Veg & Non-veg food. Plz try chicken thali & Pithla Bhakri & Solkadhi & Upma 5) Owner - Mr. Anil & his wife are very cooperative & friendly. They will try their best to make you explore more fun within property & to enjoy more. I will definitely suggest my friends & families for their visit.
